Job Summary
Regional Clinical Director role in Texas combining direct clinical work with leadership responsibilities. Maintain a BCBA caseload while mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, lead onboarding and trainings, develop regional clinical leadership, and represent Bright Pathways in external meetings with physicians, schools, and community partners. Travel within Texas is occasional. Opportunity to grow into broader leadership as the organization scales. Located in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (Frisco, TX) and focused on strengthening clinical culture and standards across the Texas region.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and judgment
- Experience supervising and supporting clinical staff preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for mentorship, leadership, and clinician development
- Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
- Willingness to occasionally travel within Texas as needed
