Job Summary
The South East Regional Treatment/Clinical Director oversees student mental health needs and the activities of staff providing therapy. Responsibilities include designing management programs, reviewing treatment plans, coordinating services, monitoring program performance, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements. The role demands a Masters Degree in Social Work or Human Services, state licensure, and significant clinical and administrative experience. Strong management, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to handle multiple priorities. This position also requires extensive travel.
Required Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Human Services Required
- Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII preferred
- Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background clearance check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
- Ability to work in excess of 40 hours per week with the possibility of varied schedule
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees
- Strong knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures
- Ability to utilize resources available to complete assigned projects
- Ability to prepare written reports and correspondence
- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to all employees and outside constituents
- Proficient in the use of computers and associated software
