Job Summary
Regional Clinical Director (RN) providing regional clinical leadership and oversight across assisted living and memory care communities within a defined region. Partners with executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, quality resident outcomes, and operational consistency; leads coaching, audits, performance improvement, survey readiness, and implementation of clinical systems while traveling across the region. This remote role supports SC, NC, MD, VA, MA, and TN with frequent travel; requires RN licensure, multi-site leadership experience, and strong knowledge of state regulations, with expertise in resident care, medication management, infection prevention, risk mitigation, and staff development. Proficiency with electronic health records and collaboration with regional and community leadership to balance clinical needs with financial performance are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required
- Multi-site senior living leadership experience is strongly preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing
- Strong knowledge of state assisted living regulations and survey processes
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and driving performance improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned region
