Job Summary
Regional Clinical Director (RN) provides clinical leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory guidance to multiple assisted living and memory care communities within an assigned region. This role partners with Regional Directors of Operations, Executive Directors, and Wellness Directors to ensure high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and strong clinical outcomes across communities. The RCD serves as both a strategic leader and hands-on clinical resource, supporting community teams through coaching, auditing, performance improvement initiatives, survey readiness, clinical systems implementation, and resident care oversight. This position requires frequent travel throughout the assigned region and is remote, supporting SC, NC, MD, VA, MA, and TN.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Multi-site senior living leadership experience preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years leadership experience in assisted living, memory care, long-term care, or senior housing
- Strong knowledge of state assisted living regulations and survey processes
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and driving performance improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication, coaching, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to travel frequently throughout assigned region
