Job Summary
Oversee two rural clinics in Plano and Mesquite, ensuring quality, cost-effective therapeutic and rehabilitation services are delivered. Conduct community marketing to raise awareness and serve as a liaison to area committees for service visibility. Manage daily clinic functions, including billing log auditing, clinical documentation reviews, and authorization tracking for all payers. Provide direct supervision to all staff, conducting monthly individual and team meetings with documented outcomes. Coordinate in-service education to meet accreditation requirements and assist with new hire orientation. Maintain accurate case records and utilize client tracking systems to ensure accurate billing and reporting. Ensure all documentation adheres to ethical, state, and federal standards, recognizing clinical notations as legal documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or a related field
- Must have a valid driver license and valid vehicle insurance
- Must be able to frequently (up to 90% of the time) sit, stand, walk, and climb stairs (if an elevator is unavailable)
- Must be able to frequently (up to 90% of the time) talk, listen and speak clearly in person and via telephone
- Must be able to push, pull, lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
- Must have a working phone to provide services and be eligible for phone reimbursement
Desired Qualifications
- At least 2 years of related experience and/or mental health training
- Experience working with individuals with mental illness and/or addiction issues
- Preferred LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-S or LMSW licensure
