Job Summary
Regional Clinical Director responsible for on-site clinical oversight of 6 ABA centers in the Phoenix metro area, leading 100+ staff, ensuring adherence to BACB guidelines and Arizona regulations, and coordinating expansion and operational strategies. Role requires regular travel between centers, senior-level leadership, data-driven treatment protocols, staff mentorship of Center Directors, and stakeholder liaison with regional leadership and the local community. Must hold a Master’s in ABA, BCBA/BCBA-D in good standing, and Arizona LBA licensure; travel and in-person leadership are essential components of daily duties.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
- Active BCBA or BCBA-D certification in good standing
- Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) status
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Director
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BCBA/BCBA-D
- Ability to travel daily/weekly to multiple centers within the Phoenix Metro area
