Job Summary
The Regional Clinic Manager will oversee the daily operations of multiple pain management clinics, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance. The role involves partnering with Clinic Leads to support staffing and scheduling, monitoring clinic performance metrics, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and supporting hiring and training processes. The ideal candidate should have strong operational and people-management skills, with a minimum of 2 years of healthcare management experience, particularly in a multi-site environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare management experience, preferably in pain management or specialty practice settings
- Proven experience managing multiple clinic locations or teams
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient care standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff, clinic leads, and executive leadership
- Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare management software preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between clinic locations
