Job Summary
Plan, develop, and implement overall goals for Ambulatory Services while leading Physician Services and resolving group conflicts. Analyze budgets, financial strategies, and operating functions to assist in medical practice reviews and support DMV standards. Calculate physician settlements quarterly, prepare monthly operations books, and review financial statements, accounts receivable, and utilization reports. Submit timely reports to the Corporate Fiscal Department and monitor outcome measurements. Requires a Master's degree, five years of healthcare leadership experience, and ability to endure prolonged sitting and excessive typing. Travel and overnight stays are required as necessary.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of five (5) years' experience in health care leadership position
- Travel required as necessary and some overnight stays
- Must possess physical ability to endure prolonged sitting
- moderate walking
- lifting and carrying
- exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally
- up to 10 pounds of force frequently
- negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
- ability to endure excessive typing
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Master's Degree in a health care related field
