Job Summary
Conduct internal audits on insurance KPIs, estimating practices, and WOW operating procedures to ensure repair facilities meet best-in-class standards. Prepare concise audit reports using Domo and Client Score Cards to identify issues and communicate findings to Regional, Market, and Shop Leadership. Develop high-level understanding of client expectations and metrics, then oversee performance improvement initiatives for repair centers not meeting company or client expectations. Train and coach market and shop leaders on estimator processes to increase repair percentage, alternative parts utilization, and proper file documentation. Monitor and evaluate scorecard performance for insurance partners, working with Market leadership to establish oversight and coaching plans. Extract and analyze data from internal reporting tools, assist leadership with improvement plan development, and participate in regular Regional, Market, and Client calls.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or professional equivalent experience
- 3 years previous experience in a collision repair environment or a similar role
- 3 years Comprehensive knowledge of the Insurance Partner guidelines, procedures and Scorecard metrics
- Complete understanding of the Wow Operating Way processes, with additional emphasis on estimator processes and responsibilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Comprehensive knowledge of the estimating process
- Working knowledge of vehicle repairs practices
- Extensive Knowledge of the Management System (MIS) and Estimating Systems
Desired Qualifications
- Some travel may be required in the Performance Managers assigned markets or to support a specific insurance partner
- Client Performance Manager must live in-region (CA/AZ/NV)
- Performance Managers may be asked to support in other markets as requested
