Job Summary
The Regional Client Partnership Specialist, Educational Services, is responsible for expanding Aya Education's presence within school districts by developing and maintaining strong partnerships, assessing staffing needs, generating job requests, and identifying long-term workforce solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree, direct experience in Educational Services and Therapy staffing sales, and a proven success record in sales. This role entails conducting daily meetings with district leaders, building and maintaining client relationships, collaborating with internal teams for job order fulfillment, and representing Aya at events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales required
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service
- Ability to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationships
