Job Summary
Operate a 53' Dry van (Sleepers) safely, hauling truck camper shells across California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah, Montana, Colorado, and into Canada. Make 7/14 stops daily at Leer stores, using an impact gun to unclamp shells and push them to the trailer tail for customer offloading. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, verify paperwork for completeness, and keep equipment clean. Must be able to push 25-100 lbs. Schedule is flexible with 2 consecutive days off and shift start times between 8.5 and 11.5 hours.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Class A driving experience
- Valid Class A License
- Medical Card
- Enhanced license required for Canada deliveries
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- No DUI/DWI convictions that are less than 5 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3 years OR no more than 1 moving violation and 1 accident in the last 3 years
- 22 years of age or older
- Must be able to push 25-100 lbs
