Operate dry van equipment on regional and OTR routes across the Western U.S., including Midwest and Texas lanes, averaging 2,200–2,400 miles per week. Haul no-touch freight while maintaining safe and efficient driving practices on long-haul trips typically lasting a few days. Report for dispatch and route assignments from the Phoenix, AZ terminal, with day and night driving available and weekend or holiday work required. Home every three weeks with weekly pay ranging from $1,100 to $1,200 based on a mileage OTR structure, plus performance bonuses. Virtual orientation includes a $300 paid day with hotel accommodations provided.
