Job Summary
Regional Channel Product Manager for Global Transaction Banking responsible for channel risk management, participating in channel product development across OCBC markets, assisting in the planning and refinement of the regional channel product roadmap, handling customer escalations related to channels, collating data and producing business insights on channel penetration, onboarding, and revenue, researching voice of customers and industry trends, and driving marketing campaigns with stakeholders to raise channel awareness and adoption. The role also supports preparation of management reports and initiatives to drive customer excellence and satisfaction. Suitable for candidates with 2–5 years in channel management and/or cash management, with knowledge of trade products and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of Channel management and/or Cash management experience
- Experience and knowledge of trade products would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, work well under pressure and work effectively in a team
