Job Summary
Regional Channel Partner Manager responsible for managing and growing strategic training partner relationships across the assigned region; drive channel performance, achieve sales targets, and expand market presence through business development and stakeholder engagement. Requires a BA in business/related field (MBA preferred) and at least 6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or partner relationship management; must oversee multiple projects and collaborate with senior-level stakeholders, possess strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and be proficient in PMI’s business language (English) plus one regional language. Familiarity with digital technologies, CRM, agile environments, and MS Office is expected; role emphasizes regional channel strategy and partner ecosystem development, with remote work as indicated.
Required Qualifications
- BA in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- MBA or related business degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development, sales, account management, partner relationship management or related field
- Strong partnership management & business development background
- Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English) as well as (one of) the assigned region language(s)
