Job Summary
Regional Center Director (BCBA) to lead clinical and regional operations across Palos Heights and surrounding centers. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring BCBAs and clinical teams, ensuring high-quality, ethical ABA services, driving center performance and growth, overseeing operations and clinical compliance, and partnering with senior leadership on strategy. Key duties include conducting supervision of BCBAs, supervising BTs, maintaining client care quality, managing incident reporting, enforcing clinical and program quality standards, contributing to clinical initiatives, driving new client intake, and participating in hiring interviews. The role supports a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance within KAS states, and a comprehensive benefits package. Must hold an active BCBA certification and state licensure requirements with 3+ years BCBA experience; leadership and collaborative skills are essential for success in this multi-center leadership position.
Required Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Maintain LABA or other state licensure
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- 3+ years of BCBA experience
