Job Summary
Regional CDL A Truck Driver for Idaho, Oregon, and Washington routes. Drive 2022 Cascadia or Volvo trucks with inverter, refrigerator, and double bunks. Earn up to 0.66 CPM on all dispatched miles plus chaining pay; average 2200–2400 miles per week; home 2 full days after each 70-hour work period. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, PTO over 2 weeks in year one, and 401(k) with company match. Qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, 1 year tractor-trailer experience with a school certificate or 2 years OTR, minimum 23 years old, successful DOT physical, drug screen, and background check, with no disqualifying DOT drug/alcohol history, SAP participation, DUI/DWI in past 5 years, or major accidents in past 3 years. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience with a school certificate OR 2 years of OTR experience
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests in the past 5 years
- No participation in a SAP program in the past 5 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- No rollover or rear-end accidents in the past 3 years
