Job Summary
Regional Class A CDL Driver needed to haul across Idaho, Oregon, and Washington. Earn up to 0.66 CPM on all dispatched miles plus chaining pay with typical weekly mileage of 2200–2400 miles. Home time is 2 full days off after 70 hours on the road. Equipment includes 2022 Cascadia/Volvo trucks with inverters, refrigerators, and double bunks (Volvo lower bunk option). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, short-term disability, PTO over 2 weeks in year one, and a 401(k) with company match. Must have valid Class A CDL, 1 year (with school certificate) or 2 years OTR experience, be at least 23, pass DOT physical/drug screen/background check, and meet safety history requirements. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 1 year tractor-trailer experience with a school certificate OR 2 years of OTR experience
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Must pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- No failed DOT drug or alcohol tests in the past 5 years
- No participation in a SAP program in the past 5 years
- No DUI or DWI convictions in the past 5 years
- No rollover or rear-end accidents in the past 3 years
