Job Summary
Drive refrigerated freight on mostly set routes between distribution centers across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New Hampshire. Operate automatic sleeper trucks with live load and unload procedures, handling approximately 3–4 loads per week with mostly one stop per load. Maintain Monday–Friday availability with weekly home time and a 34-hour reset, remaining flexible for operational lane changes or account riders when approved. This dedicated regional operation offers no-touch freight, 48 and 53 box trailers, and training pay available during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months qualifying tractor-trailer experience
- Monday–Friday availability
- Must be comfortable with regional driving
- Must be flexible when alternate lanes are required
- Must be comfortable leaving the truck at the account during home time
- Must be willing to operate outside the primary route structure when operational needs require it
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
