Role offers strong base pay with a CM P-based structure: earn $0.63 CPM with potential $0.06 CPM bonus after 2,700 miles per week, plus pay for specialized work (e.g., chaining, port pay, container swap). Home weekly with regular time off options (Fridays/Saturdays, Saturdays/Sundays, or Sundays/Mondays off). Routes are predictable with 2,200–2,800 miles weekly on 40' or 53' reefer equipment.
