Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •21 years or older
• •Valid Class A CDL
• •Must have held a U.S. driver's license the last 12 consecutive months
• •Current DOT medical card
• •No endorsements required for this position
• •6 months OTR experience within the last 12 months, OR 12 months OTR experience within the last 5 years
• •No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
• •No serious traffic violations in the last 12 months
• •Speeding 30+ MPH over = automatic disqualification for 3 years
• •Original ticket copies required for all citations in the last 3 years
• •No more than 1 DOT preventable accident in the last 2 years
• •No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• •No more than 3 preventable incidents in the last 2 years
• •Preventable rear-end accident = 1 year disqualification
• •Accident reports required for ALL accidents in the last 5 years
• •No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months
• •No more than 1 safety-related termination in the last 5 years
• •No DUI/DWI in a commercial vehicle — ever
• •No DUI/DWI in the last 10 years while holding a CDL or CLP
• •No DUI/DWI in the 5 years before obtaining your CDL or CLP
• •No multiple DUI/DWIs
• •No failed or refused drug tests — no exceptions
• •Hair AND urine testing required, both must be passed
• •No drug-related convictions in the last 5 years
• •Must live within 50 miles of one of the hiring cities
• •Weekend work required
• •Night shift
• •Thanksgiving and Christmas off
