Avoid long-haul routes and surprise pay deductions by adhering to carrier policies that prioritize driver retention. Earn 55–60.5 CPM with base pay, mileage bonuses, detention, layover, and extra stop compensation. Receive a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus after 180 days.
