Operate a CDL-A vehicle on consistent regional lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah to deliver freight without long-haul detours. Receive base pay of 55–60.5 CPM plus mileage bonuses, detention, layover, and extra stop compensation. Earn a $500 transition bonus and a $2,500 retention bonus after 180 days.
