Job Summary
Operate a CDL-A vehicle on consistent regional lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah to deliver freight without long-haul detours. Earn 55–60.5 CPM with base pay, mileage bonuses, and additional compensation for detention, layovers, and extra stops. Receive a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days. Medical, dental, and vision coverage begin after 90 days, alongside a 401(k) match up to 6%, paid orientation, and paid vacation. No surprise pay deductions or weeks away from home.
