Drive regional lanes across Arizona, Southern California, Northern California, Nevada, and Utah on consistent freight routes to maintain home-life balance. Operate as a CDL-A driver with no surprise pay deductions or long-haul assignments that keep you away for weeks. Earn 55–60.5 CPM including base pay, mileage bonuses, detention, layover, and extra stop compensation. Receive a $500 transition bonus and $2,500 retention bonus at 180 days.
