Job Summary
Regional CDL A Driver responsible for regional dry-van freight across the Northeast corridor with pre-assigned loads and drop-hook operations. Typical week includes out Monday morning, home Friday/Saturday, 450-500 miles per day with 2-3 stops, and consistent, predictable home time. Drivers operate 99% no-touch freight with modern equipment and maintain a safety-focused environment. Compensation highlights include 70¢ per mile on all miles (loaded or empty), top earners at $110K+ annually, bonuses for referrals and orientation, comprehensive health/retirement benefits, and paid time off. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 1+ year of verifiable OTR/regional experience, age 23+, and clean driving record with DOT-compliant standards.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR/regional experience
- 23+ years of age
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean MVR - No major convictions in past 5 years (DWI/DUI, reckless driving, hit and run, license suspension/revocation)
- No more than 4 minor moving violations in past 36 months
- No more than 2 minor moving violations in past 12 months
