Job Summary
Regional CDL-A Driver needed for Northeast regional dry van freight. Route involves home weekly schedules with drop hook operations at major distribution centers. Typical week includes Monday departure, returning Friday/Saturday, 450-500 miles per day, 2-3 stops per day, and pre-assigned loads. Compensation features 70¢ per mile on all miles, with top earners around $110,000+ annually, plus a $3,000 transition bonus and a $3,000 referral bonus. Benefits include paid orientation, vacation (1 week after 6 months; 2 weeks after 1 year), paid holidays, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, disability and life insurance. Equipment is late-model Freightliners with regular maintenance, no forced dispatch, and an open-door management policy. Required to be at least 23 years old, meet DOT physical/drug screening, and maintain a clean driving record with limited minor violations.
