Job Summary
Regional CDL A Driver role focused on Northeast corridor dry van freight with home weekly schedule. Expect pre-assigned loads, drop hook operations at major distribution centers, consistent dispatch planning, and learning routes with 2,200–2,500 miles weekly and 450–500 miles per day. Compensation includes 70¢ per mile on all miles with top earners around $110K+ annually, plus bonuses (transition, referral), paid orientation, and a comprehensive benefits package. Typical work week runs Monday start to Friday/Saturday finish with 2–3 stops/day and mostly no-touch freight; equipment is late-model Freightliners with well-maintained fleet operations and open-door management for driver support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 1 year verifiable OTR/regional experience
- 23+ years of age
- Able to pass DOT physical and drug screening
- Clean MVR - No major convictions in past 5 years
- No more than 4 minor moving violations in past 36 months
- No more than 2 minor moving violations in past 12 months
