Job Summary
Generate new job leads, build professional relationships within medical communities, and convert leads to interviews and placements. Maintain communication with students to support externship assignments and job readiness, including resume development, mock interviews, and weekly follow-ups with unplaced graduates. Identify qualified externship sites, coordinate site approvals, and manage student records and data integrity. Document all activity, resolve employer issues, and conduct 30/90-day graduate calls to meet placement and extern-to-hire metrics. Work Monday through Friday, three days 8-5 and two afternoons 11-8, with a requirement to work two evenings weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or the Council of Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA)
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- demonstrated results from jobs like outplacement, workforce development, placement/recruiting, public relations, business development, event planning, advertising, marketing, pharma or other sales related positions
- Must be able to work 2 evenings/week
- Good computer skills

Desired Qualifications
