Job Summary
Execute sourcing events including RFQs/RFPs, supplier selection, and contract implementation for assigned operating sites. Drive cost savings, TCO initiatives, and working capital improvements through strategic sourcing while managing supplier relationships, onboarding, and performance monitoring. Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Planning teams to ensure material availability and support procurement needs across multiple sites. Analyze spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and escalate commercial issues as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree)
- 3 plus years of experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related commercial role supporting manufacturing or operations
- Experience supporting multiple sites or regional operations
- Experience in working with category management, contract administration, and supplier performance management
- Demonstrated experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with personal computers and the MS Office Suite (including Power BI)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must be able to perform all duties listed with or without accommodation
