Job Summary
Regional Business & Program Development Manager is responsible for identifying, designing, and launching new training and employment programs in high-growth sectors across Latin America, starting with Colombia. The role blends labor market research, employer engagement, learner value proposition development, and robust business-case development to translate insights into program opportunities, secure employer commitments for pilots, and lead end-to-end program development from concept to launch. Key activities include employer outreach, defining role scope and required skills, mapping programs to market demand, coordinating with Curriculum & Instruction teams, and tracking performance metrics across multiple countries. Requires strong analytical and project-management abilities, the ability to operate in ambiguous environments, and excellent English and Spanish communication skills (Portuguese desirable). This is a 1-year fixed-term contract based in Colombia with potential regional expansion, and offers collaboration across time zones and countries.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business development, or program development
- Strong experience building business cases and leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience engaging employers, HR leaders, hiring managers, or industry stakeholders
- Experience working in more than one country in Latin America strongly preferred
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required); Portuguese desirable
