Job Summary
Regional Business Partner role aimed at driving growth and performance across a portfolio of brokerages within Australia. Based in Metro Sydney and surrounding areas, or South-East Queensland, the position focuses on partnering with network members to improve performance, drive growth, uplift business practices, ensure compliance, and identify opportunities for new brokers to join the CBN network. Key duties include managing broker portfolios to drive profitability, developing strategic plans with top-tier brokers, analyzing portfolio performance, supporting brokers to enhance the quality of advice and business practices, meeting operational standards and remediation where required, building strong relationships across the region, prospecting and converting new brokers, maintaining a pipeline of prospective brokers, supporting succession planning, acquisitions and sales of business, identifying investment opportunities and loan support, preparing business cases, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve escalations related to insurer service, claims and market issues. The role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship-driven approach, autonomous work style with collaboration, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Hybrid work arrangement is indicated, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
