Job Summary
Regional Business Operations Manager in the UAE overseeing operations across HR, finance, compliance, executive support, and client/commercial operations; hybrid role combining remote work with local travel to attend meetings, support employees, visit government offices or represent the business. Works closely with Head of Business Operations and senior leadership, acting as the operational representative in the UAE to drive process improvement and AI-enabled enablement, manage visa coordination, banking issues, and various operational projects, while maintaining autonomy, ownership, and high-quality execution.

- Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring detailed instructions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through on commitments
- Excellent relationship-building with colleagues, clients, government bodies, banks, and suppliers
- Comfort representing the business professionally in interactions with government bodies, banks, and external partners
- Bias for action, problem-solving mindset, and proactive initiative
- Willingness to travel domestically for meetings and-government-related visits
- Experience in cross-functional coordination across operations, HR, finance, compliance, and executive support
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing international business environment
