Job Summary
Contribute as a business representative in the conceptual development of projects, initiatives, and activities, and manage their implementation across the Region. Organize, facilitate, and coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions while delivering regular business outputs for senior management, including analyses, reporting, and presentations. Independently drive business management activities and administrative responsibilities, ensuring timely execution of recurring and ad hoc tasks. Support the planning of regional management committees, leadership offsites, and town halls. Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the Bank to represent the Region's priorities. Work within the Regional Office team for Region Western Markets and Switzerland, supporting Regional Heads at strategic and operational levels in a complex, multinational environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional experience
- Higher education or Bachelor's / Master's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Ability to develop and implement business concepts and initiatives
- Ability to gather, interpret, and present business-relevant data
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong data analysis, interpretation, and presentation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Very precise, collaborative and efficient work approach
- Very good knowledge and understanding of the Private Banking business and global financial markets
- Highly motivated, solution-oriented professional with a can-do attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with high attention to detail and focus on what matters most
- Strong ability to cope with pressure, high flexibility, reliability and outstanding social and interpersonal skill
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
- Ability to build strong and enduring stakeholder relationships and collaborate successfully across all functions and hierarchical levels
