Job Summary
Translate performance data into actionable insights and decisions for Regional Directors within Wealth Management. Provide strategic analysis and business management support by monitoring regional performance, identifying result drivers, and recommending process improvements. Maintain headcount and expense forecasts while supporting budgeting and expense discipline across the region. Build and enhance reporting systems to improve visibility and bottom-line outcomes, preparing quarterly business review materials and executive-ready updates. Perform ad hoc analysis and support cross-regional initiatives as needed. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, seven years of relevant experience, and strong executive storytelling skills, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, analytics, or strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to connect activities to results
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence across teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple, shifting priorities
