Job Summary
Regional Business Manager to lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) across a multi-state territory including TN, VA, NC, KY, and TN. Drive territory planning, account prioritization, and pipeline development by engaging immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and specialized HAE treatment centers. Educate healthcare providers on CRISPR-based mechanisms, differentiate from prophylactic treatments, and address questions about safety and cost. Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical champions, and administrative decision-makers; coordinate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Market Access, patient hubs) to ensure seamless patient access and site activation. Demonstrate strong scientific communication, problem solving, collaboration, and a growth mindset to support a complex, long-horizon sales process in a rare disease setting. Requires a BS/BA in life sciences or business, 5+ years of specialty pharma sales, and prior product launches; preference for rare disease, gene therapy, or HAE market knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in life sciences or a business-related field
- 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- launch experience with first-in-class or novel mechanism therapies
- ability to analyze and present complex clinical trial data
- strong scientific communication and stakeholder management skills
- territory management and account development experience
