Job Summary
Regional Business Manager for Rajkot region responsible for growing domestic sales and market share. Lead Territory Managers in identifying new crops and markets, developing short- and long-term business strategies, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. Drive strategies to increase profitability and broaden the product base; manage credit and cash collection targets; oversee depot and inventory management; appoint and coordinate with distributors/dealers; motivate and develop the sales team; liaison with Department of Agriculture and University scientists; maintain market intelligence, build customer relationships, and promote key products. Requires B.Sc./M.Sc in Agriculture (MBA in Marketing highly preferred), 10–12 years of sales leadership experience in the agrochemical industry, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performance sales organization.
