Job Summary
Lead the commercial launch of Intellia’s in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) in the Pacific Northwest region, including Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Responsibilities include territory management and account development, planning and prioritizing high-value accounts (immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and HAE treatment centers), building trusted advisory relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical champions, pipeline management from awareness to patient treatment, CRISPR technology education and MOA differentiation, presenting Phase III efficacy/safety data, addressing misconceptions about CRISPR, cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs and Market Access, patient access and hub services coordination, and developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to maximize customer and patient impact. Qualifications emphasize a BS/BA in life sciences or business, 5+ years of rare-disease/complex-sales experience, and launch experience in a highly specialized therapeutic area.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in life sciences or a business-related field
- 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in rare diseases, immunology, or genetic medicines
- Previous experience with product launches, particularly first-in-class or novel mechanism therapies
- Demonstrated success in long sales cycles (12-18 months) with multiple stakeholders and high-value transactions
- Launch experience and complex sales environment skills
