Job Summary
Regional Business Manager role leading Sun King’s EasyBuy solar sales, collections, and operations for the Niassa region, overseeing Field Sales Executives and Area Business Managers; responsibilities include hiring and training teams, defining routes and targets, conducting field visits and activations, achieving sales and collections targets, resolving customer issues within 24 hours, and driving market growth across rural/off-grid communities; requires a Business degree and 6+ years of sales leadership with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and a track record of team development and high stakeholder collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Has a degree in a Business-related field or equivalent
- At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Sales
- Excellent computer knowledge with Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to motivate a high-performing sales team
- Has strong planning, organizing, prioritizing, maximizing value and seeing the big picture
- Ability to develop and skillfully build relations, and work on internal & external relationships
- Listens well, coaches others and is disciplined in their learning practice
- Has Operation Excellence (Keeps promise, is detail-oriented, seeks to be informed and gives excellent Customer Satisfaction)
