Job Summary
Regional ownership of revenue across 5-7 Chapter Aesthetic studios within the New York region, with full accountability for monthly, quarterly, and annual topline targets. Lead and coach 5-7 Studio Managers and Managing Clinical Directors, driving data-driven strategy, disciplined execution, and the CARES consultative sales system to improve conversion rates, average ticket, and membership penetration. Conduct monthly business reviews, identify opportunities for performance improvement, and implement corrective action plans. Build a high-performing sales culture, partner with Recruiting to hire and develop sales talent, and cultivate a performance-driven environment focused on guest experience and revenue growth. Requires travel up to 70% locally within the region. Salary starts at $90K+ with additional incentive pay based on regional performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of multi-unit sales leadership experience in high-growth service environments
- Experience in aesthetics, healthcare, retail, or premium consumer services preferred
- Advanced coaching capabilities in consultative selling
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
