Regional Business Manager - Los Angeles

Lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema in the Los Angeles territory. Responsibilities include Territory Management & Account Development (target immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and HAE treatment centers), Account Prioritization based on HAE patient volume and prescriber influence, Relationship Building with key opinion leaders and administrative decision-makers, Pipeline Management from initial awareness to patient treatment completion, Scientific Education & Communication on CRISPR technology and mechanism of action, MOA differentiation versus prophylactic treatments and alternatives, Clinical Data Presentation of Phase III efficacy and safety data, Technology Positioning to address safety concerns and differentiate from prior gene therapy launches, Disease Education on unmet needs and treatment burden, Competitive Intelligence and Value Proposition Development, Objection Handling, Patient Journey Education, Hub Services Integration, and Cross-Functional Collaboration with Medical Affairs and Market Access. Required education & experience include a BS/BA in life sciences or business, 5+ years of specialty pharma sales (experience in rare diseases or genetic medicines preferred), and launch experience.
