Job Summary
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will lead and manage all aspects of their assigned region, including strategic direction, customer service and sales support, and regional profitability. Responsibilities include managing personnel (10 to over 100), developing business strategies, and ensuring effective communication between headquarters and the field. The RBM will enhance customer relationships, support operational improvements, and manage regional financial data. Required qualifications include 5-10 years of leadership experience within the building construction industry and proven success in achieving high performance standards. The role demands excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a capacity for strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of prior experience in a leadership role
- Prior experience leading a large staff in remote multi-state locations
- Experience in an influential role achieving results through accountability
- Prior hands-on experience with business transactions and procedures

- Experience in the building construction industry
