Job Summary
Lead the commercial launch of an in vivo CRISPR therapy for hereditary angioedema (HAE) across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin. Drive territory management and account development by targeting immunologists, allergists, emergency medicine physicians, and HAE treatment centers; educate healthcare providers on CRISPR mechanism of action and differentiate from existing therapies; manage a robust sales pipeline from awareness to patient treatment; address objections, articulate differentiated value propositions, and collaborate with Medical Affairs, market access, and cross-functional teams to maximize patient access and outcomes; leverage a strategic, multi-stakeholder approach to site activation and payer strategies while navigating a long, complex sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in life sciences or a business-related field
- 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience
- rare disease commercialization experience
- launch experience with product launches (first-in-class or novel mechanism)
- ability to analyze and present complex clinical trial data
- capable of strategic territory planning and account development
- strong scientific communication and stakeholder-management skills
- familiarity with CRISPR/gene therapy concepts is a plus
