Role requires strong leadership in a matrix healthcare environment, compliance with regulatory requirements, and deep knowledge of market access, payer structures, and site-of-care considerations; travel approximately 60-70% is expected. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PhD preferred), with 7+ years in healthcare sales/marketing and 3+ years of team leadership. Must be familiar with relevant legal and regulatory environments in biotech/pharmaceuticals, and possess a valid driver's license. The position's responsibilities include building high-performing teams, developing field sales capabilities, and aligning budget, resources, and strategy with product goals and market needs.
Required Qualifications
