Job Summary
Regional Business Director (West) for MCED Sales at Caris Life Sciences. Senior sales leadership role responsible for driving regional MCED growth, owning executive-level customer relationships for Caris Detect, and leading a team of 6–9 Account Managers and Early Detection Specialists. Responsibilities include exceeding regional revenue/adoption targets, aligning national priorities with regional execution, surfacing market insights, leading Quarterly Business Reviews, building and coaching a high-performing sales team through clinical selling and strategic account planning, driving DTP/DTC engagement strategies, maintaining knowledge of internal/competitive products, and establishing senior-level relationships with strategic accounts (e.g., CEO, CMO, COO, CFO, Directors, Lab Leadership). Requires a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, strong knowledge of oncology diagnostics/precision medicine, and the ability to travel ~50% with a preference for candidates based in Arizona, the San Francisco Bay Area, or Southern California. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or related field
- 5+ years of experience in early detection, oncology diagnostics, precision medicine, or complex healthcare sales
- 5+ years of proven people leadership experience
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
- CRM and reporting tools proficiency
- Proven success managing enterprise healthcare accounts
- Willingness to travel ~50%
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle may be required
