Regional Business Development Specialist

Job Summary
Identify and contact schools, clinics, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and community centers to introduce CPR training programs. Support partner onboarding, orientation, and required documentation while maintaining relationships with local and international organizations. Assist with identifying and evaluating potential training locations, coordinating site information, operational requirements, and readiness checks. Track contacts, meetings, new partners, and regional progress to prepare performance and community-impact reports. Coordinate with Channel Operations, Marketing, Training Services, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure new locations follow approved procedures and standards. Manage multiple regional projects independently while communicating effectively across cultures and time zones to promote community health and emergency preparedness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or professional experience
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- English proficiency
- Mission-driven and passionate about community health and public safety
- Organized, proactive, and resourceful
- Comfortable building relationships with institutions and community leaders
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Able to manage multiple partners, locations, and deadlines
- Adaptable and effective in multicultural environments
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in education, community outreach, partnership development, international programs, or training operations
- Chinese, Spanish, or other language skills
