Job Summary
Regional Business Development Representative responsible for generating new business opportunities across Watterson’s lines of business in Texas and Louisiana, including Integrated Facilities Management, Emergency and Disaster Response, Environmental Services, and Commercial Construction. Focuses on inside and outside sales activities, lead generation, sales process management, active account management, and client service. Builds relationships with industry professionals and decision makers, expands company footprint to new geographies, manages a robust sales pipeline to meet annual targets, coordinates sales/proposal processes, and travels to client sites as needed. Requires strong collaboration, contract negotiation skills, project coordination, and the ability to drive plans to successful completion while adhering to safety and quality policies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related preferred
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 3+ years outside, commercial sales experience required
- Experience selling in the multi-family market highly preferred
- Valid Driver’s license in good standing
- Proficient knowledge of computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
