Job Summary
Regional Business Development Officer identifies and develops new client relationships with healthcare professionals in assigned territories through direct calling and networking; prospecting through intermediaries (consultants, attorneys, accountants, brokers, and realtors); analyzes client financials and cash flow to tailor financial solutions; collaborates with Product Specialists to design and deliver solutions; manages a portfolio of clients with annual revenues of $5–$50 million; 70% travel required; emphasizes sales strategy, relationship building, and advisory capabilities to drive production goals. Requires strong communication, financial analysis, and presentation skills, plus experience in commercial lending or healthcare financing. In-office role with attendance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in commercial lending, business development, commercial credit and portfolio management in business banking or middle market sector
- 2+ years of Practice Solutions sales or 3+ years of healthcare industry sales and/or healthcare-specific financing
