Job Summary
The Regional Business Development Manager will drive business acquisition and market engagement in the Gulf Coast region, focusing on multi-million-dollar capital equipment sales and fostering strategic relationships with decision-makers across target industries.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years minimum / 8–10 years preferred of business development or strategic account management experience in engineered equipment sales within Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Industrial Manufacturing
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar capital equipment or complex engineered solutions contracts
- Expertise in consultative/solution selling to technical and executive audiences
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, lead tracking, forecasting)
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Established network in Gulf Coast industrial markets is a plus
