Job Summary
Contribute region-specific market information to identify growth opportunities and facilitate regional strategy development aligned with operational plans. Lead coordination meetings, manage client information, and develop marketing campaigns while representing the company at major local conferences. Coordinate key hires, support proposal development, and execute client win plans for target clients in the Central Texas region. Make strategic Go/No-Go decisions on regional opportunities and coordinate community and industry involvement. This full-time position offers a competitive salary with bi-weekly pay, performance bonuses, and hybrid flexibility within Parkhill, a leading Southwest architectural and engineering firm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Experience in business development, marketing, or client engagement within Central Texas
- experience in Southeast Texas (Greater Houston area)
- Previous roles in leadership or management
- demonstrating the ability to lead teams and drive business growth
- Familiarity with the Architecture / Civil Engineering industry
- including market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape
- Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's goals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
