Job Summary
Lead strategic initiatives to strengthen brand integrity, optimize owner returns, and support regional vision by managing timelines, deliverables, and go-to-market processes across pharmacy, nursing, logistics, and customer service teams. Localize brand programs for the market while ensuring standards and swim lane clarity are upheld for both managed and franchised locations. Serve as the first line of call resolution for franchise owners on daily operating and growth questions regarding standard operating procedures. Partner with franchise owners, local leadership, and cross-functional partners to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement approved recommendations. Prepare and deliver project status updates, performance reviews, and business insights to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Engage in regular leadership meetings, business reviews, and regional planning sessions to drive operational effectiveness and strategic clarity. This role requires up to 50% travel within the Western United States and resides in western time zones to support regional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Up to 50% travel within the assigned region, including franchise visits, meetings, and ongoing support of Franchise locations
- Candidates must reside in the Western United States to support regional business needs and collaboration across western time zones
- Expertise in building data-driven insights and executive level presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, business leadership, and change management in a multi-site support environment
- Strong knowledge of infusion therapies, regulatory compliance, and payer systems
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive growth
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Authorized to work in the United States and perform work from within the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience in home infusion, specialty pharmacy, home health, or closely related healthcare industry
